Headhunter Consultants

l  Over 28 years old of age with human resource, psychology and/or related major, Bachelor’s Degree or above.

l  Over 3 years of headhunter experiences,  or HR management in fortune 500 companies, R&D management and/or marketing/sales management experience.

l  Experience in IT, internet, communications electronics parts and components preferred.

l  Familiar with R & D processes, OEM processes, support and service processes, and marketing/sales processes is a plus.

l  The accurate understanding of the enterprise/organizational structure and detailed job description and responsibility is required.

l  Self starter with strong analytical skills, decision-making training and proven track records for job market migration and forecast.

l  Can provide trainings to candidates to do both structured or group interview with skill set analysis and job classification. 

l  Excellent communications skills, fast learner with thorough understanding to perform the required tasks.

l  Positive attitude with optimism and confidence, able to work under tight schedule and high pressure.

l  Goal setter, performance/quality achiever and role model in a team environment with good faith.

l  Career-oriented in recruiting business with positive life goals and value propositions

l  Professional appearance and morality.

l  Fluent in both spoken and written English and proficient in Office software.

 

 

Headhunter Consultant Assistants

 

l  Over 25 years old of age with human rerouse, psychology and/or related major,  Bachelor’s Degree or above.

l  Over 1 year of headhunter experiences or 2 years experiences in HR recruiting, R & D product development or marketing/sales department.

l  Experience in IT, communications electronics parts and components is a plus.

l  Familiar with R & D processes, OEM processes, support and service processes, and marketing/sales processes is a plus.

l  The accurate understanding of enterprise/organizational structure and detailed job description and responsibility.

l  Excellent communications skills, fast learner with thorough understanding to perform the required tasks.

l  Positive attitude with optimism and confidence, able to work under tight schedule and high pressure with devotion and dedication.

l  Good communication skill through phone call and have sweet voice.
