Interview the Candidate

Recommend the candidate

l  Do the initial interview for the screening in order to identify the best candidates meeting the customer requirements, and write their resumes report and recommend it to customers.

l  Make the candidate and the customer have the efficient communication via coordinating the candidate’s interview time and the customer’s interview arrangement.

 

Offer

l  Make an agreement on the salary between the candidate and the customer.

 

Reference check

l  Check the candidates detailed background based on the customers needs or our company designed.

l  Keep touch with the customer and candidates and coordinate them to resolve the questions or blockers during probation in order to make both sides satisfied.
